Once a site is live, somebody has to keep it served, secured and accurate. A care plan hands that to us for one flat monthly amount, and the amount follows the build size: $49 a month for Starter, $99 for Growth, $149 for Custom.
What the plan takes off your plate
- Hosting on a global delivery network, so a visitor in Lincolnton or three states away gets a quick page.
- The HTTPS certificate that puts the lock icon beside your address, renewed automatically.
- Round-the-clock monitoring that tells us about trouble before your customers do.
- Everyday edits to text, pictures, hours and prices. Send them by text or email.
- Periodic test messages through your quote form to prove leads still arrive.
Why so little goes wrong
A typical small-business site is assembled from a theme by one vendor and add-ons by many others, each changing on its own calendar, and eventually two of them stop getting along. Our hand-coded builds skip all of that. They are static pages with no admin panel and no database, which leaves almost nothing to crash and nothing much for an intruder to attack.
Asking for a change
Message Roger with what needs to be different. Revised hours for the Apple Festival weekend, a new menu price, a picture from Tuesday's install: that is exactly what the plan pays for. If a request grows into something larger, a price comes back before work begins. The pricing page lists each plan beside its build.

Which changes does the plan cover?
The small, everyday kind: a new phone extension, revised hours, a price that went up, a fresh photo, a Christmas Eve closing. Bigger jobs such as an added page are quoted before anyone starts them.
What happens during an outage?
A monitor pings us the moment the site stops answering, and we get it back up. Since the pages are static files rather than an app talking to a database, that alarm is a rare one.
Will you take over hosting for a site another company made?
As a rule, no. The plans are built for sites that come out of this shop. If yours runs on another platform, Roger will talk through whether repairing it or starting fresh makes more sense.
